As a certified holistic health and wellness coach, I work one on one with individuals to help them find balance and become well in all areas of life. While diet and exercise are vital components of wellness, this coaching will extend far beyond those two parameters. In our coaching sessions, the categories we will focus on will include the person’s physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial strengths and areas of concern.
Within each session, clients will receive holistic wellness education and resources. Supplemental tools, such as energy healing techniques, essential oils, EFT tapping, and more will be incorporated into the coaching.
Health and wellness coaching sessions are available both in-person or remotely.
After the initial session, clients can choose to purchase a four, eight, or twelve week health and wellness coaching package. (Sessions can be added later; for example, if a client chooses four weeks and three weeks in decides further support would be beneficial). These sessions will focus on holistic wellness practices specifically tailored to each individual’s needs.
